Sanjeev Malik has more than 15 years of executive experience and held leadership positions at top management consulting and technology firms, including Accordion Partners, Zensar, Wipro Digital, KPMG, and Oracle. Sanjeev served as Managing Director of Accordion Partners, led more than seven transformation initiatives for PE-backed portfolio companies in 18 months, and identified more than $500M value creation opportunities. Prior to this, he served as SVP of Zensar, an Apax Partners portfolio company, reported directly to the CEO and grew the firm from $470M to $600M in revenue in 3 years. In the last 15 years, Sanjeev has transformed many PE-backed portfolio companies and created more than $2B equity value for private equity firms.

Vipul is a seasoned executive having deep experience in building, commercializing, and launching digital products and services across business models (B2B, B2C & B2B2C), verticals (Payments/FinTech, Human Capital Management (HCM), Technology Consulting and Engineering) and cultures (multi-nationals to private start-up). He has a proven history of identifying and landing transformational strategies, driving revenue growth, margin expansion and high Net Promoter Scores (NPS), by a fanatical focus of putting clients at the intersection of product, operations, and strategy. He has spent his career solving problems, both client-facing and internal, by strategic assessment and pragmatic, collaborative execution. His decades of professional experience include working at ADP, where he led the Wage Payments Distribution business $150M+ P&L, transforming its products and services. Prior to that he was at First Data (now Fiserv) in several business executive roles in Global eCommerce, Prepaid, and as Chief of Staff to the EVP/Chief Product Officer. His earlier professional carrier included various roles at Kraft Foods (now Mondelēz) and Altria. Vipul earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Business, Northwestern University, a MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, and a BE in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of Mysore, India.
