Administrator It’s an electronic asset management, deployment, tracking and reporting system. Administrators have access to a personalized account that allows them to assign and track specific eAssets of users and groups of users. It also helps monitoring, measuring and reporting all account activity at the organizational and individual level.
Designer A standalone component that is used to create reusable learning objects (for incorporation into multiple training contexts) and ‘www’ based virtual courses. It defines customized delivery strategies and describes eAsset metadata.
Assessor An add-on to the Designer that provides a rich GUI to create and maintain online quizzes and self-assessment tests containing various types of content like multiple choice questions, fill in the blank questions, and matching entry items (textual or diagrammatic).
Ek Sathe/Collaboration Suite Supports different types of collaboration that includes Online Notice Boards, Online Forums, Shared Calendar, White Board and Co-browsing facilities.
